Once I arrived from Medellín to Araura for work reasons. There I felt like reorganizing my land and I decided to look for an Antioquia restaurant. I came across Alonso's fogón paisa or stove and asked for a tray paisa. It was one of the best I have had outside of Medellín and I would return many times to eat those delicious pork rinds from the stove.
